These terms govern your use of The Monkey Lab (the “Service”), run by Antezana’s LLC (“we”, “us”), doing business as DTF Monkey. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Quick summary. You keep your artwork. You can cancel Pro any time. Our textures and frames are for your print work, not for resale as files. Use the app fairly.

1. The Service

The Monkey Lab is a browser app for preparing artwork for DTF (direct-to-film) printing: textures, frames, halftones, color knockout, shirt mockups and downloads. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Accounts

You can use the Free plan without an account where the app allows it. For an account you must give a valid email address and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or be using the Service on behalf of a business that is. One Pro subscription is for one account; please do not share a login with people outside your business.

3. Plans, billing and cancelling

• Free includes a limited set of textures and frames, one image at a time, DTF-safe edges and a front or back mockup.
• Pro adds all textures and frames, ProLab Halftone, Color Knockout, batch upload, ZIP download, and both-sides mockups and proof sheets. Pro is $10 per month or $65 per year, in US dollars. Prices may change; a change applies from your next renewal and we will give you notice first.
• Automatic renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then shown, until you cancel. Your card is charged through Stripe at the start of each period.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time in the app: Account, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to Free.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Stripe may retry the card. If it still fails, your account returns to Free.
• Taxes. Prices do not include any sales, VAT or similar taxes that may apply; where required, they are added at checkout.

4. Refunds

• You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again.
• If you are charged for a new subscription or a renewal and have not meant to be, email support@dtfmonkey.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
• After 7 days we do not give refunds for the period already paid, but you keep access until it ends.
• If something is broken and we cannot fix it, tell us. We will make it right, which may include a refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take several business days to appear.

Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

5. Your artwork

You keep all rights to the images you bring to the app and to the files you download. Your images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you open in the app, and for what you print. Please do not use the Service with artwork that infringes someone else’s rights or that is unlawful.

6. Our textures, frames and app

• We own the Service, including its code, design, textures, frames, mockups and other content, apart from your artwork.
• While you have access, you may use the textures and frames as part of your own print-ready designs, including for products you sell to customers. Files you export with them applied are yours to print.
• You may not copy, extract, resell, share or redistribute the texture, frame or mockup files themselves, or include them in a pack, template or product where the texture or frame is the thing being sold.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, or bypass the Free and Pro limits.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the Service. That means no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, to access other people’s accounts or data, to get Pro features without paying, or to use it for anything illegal.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Print results depend on your file, printer, film, powder, press and fabric, so on-screen previews and mockups are a guide and not a guarantee of how a print will look. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, wasted film, garments or print runs arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50 if you have not paid us anything. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or misuses the Service. If we end a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Frederick County, Virginia will handle disputes, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
